Returns & Refunds

We want you to love our products as much as we do. Please note that all of our products are handmade, so color and shape may vary slightly. 

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied, we will accept returns within 10 days of the arrival of your order, in its original condition. Between 10 to 30 days, exchange of equal valued products are permitted if products are in its original sellable conditions.

Please contact orders@chellsartisanry.com and once we receive the returned order and inspected it, we will issue you a full refund. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping Returns

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards. 
However, you can email us to arrange for local returns at one of our monthly pop-ups.

Refund Payments
 
Once we receive your return and we've inspected that the product is in its original condition, you will be refunded in your original form of payment. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Credit cards typically take 5-10 business days to reflect the refund.
 
For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order and we will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you or a refund.
