If you are not satisfied we will accept returns within 10 days of the arrival of your order. Between 10 to 30 days, exchange of equal valued products are permitted if products are in its original sellable conditions.

Shipping returns is the responsibility of the buyer but you can also return or exchange in-person at our pop ups. Email orders@chellsartisanry.com to notify us of a return if pop ups are not available within your 30 day window.
