How do you choose where to source your products from?
Our primary criteria is ensuring our partners are using fair trade practices. Fair trade means that staff are working in safe conditions, paid fair wages, and have worker rights. Most of our partners are members of the World Fair Trade Federation or carry the NEST Seal of Ethical Transparency.
How do I care for my products?
For woven goods, spot treat with water and a cloth. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent the colors from fading.
Can I return my products?
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to email us at orders@chellsartisanry.com to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original, unused condition with tags. Please see the Returns & Refunds page for more information.
Do you have a retail store?
At this time we only conduct pop up's so follow us on Instagram @chells.artisanry and subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know our dates and locations! We are based in Los Angeles, CA.
